To ensure customers clearly understand every stage—from initial consultation to after-sales support—we follow a transparent and efficient 6-step workflow
Needs Consultation – Matching Your Custom Requirements
After contacting us via website, phone, or in person, your dedicated sales advisor will respond within 1 hour. Through a 1-on-1 conversation, we clarify key needs such as usage scenarios (road trips, camping, fishing, off-road, overlanding), functional preferences (battery capacity, water tank size, insulation, storage layout, bed size, appliances), budget, and delivery timeline.
A preliminary proposal with detailed configuration and pricing will be provided within 24 hours.
Contract Signing – Clear Responsibilities & Full Protection
Once the plan is confirmed, we issue a formal service contract specifying product configuration, pricing, production schedule, delivery method, warranty (5 years for camper structure, 1 year for electronics), and payment terms (50% deposit + remaining balance).
After the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, production begins immediately, and you receive a personalized progress-tracking channel.
Custom Design – Visualizing Your Camper
After confirming the camper model and truck type, our design team will provide a 2D layout within 3 working days.
You may request revisions (e.g., bed layout, added storage), and the team will refine the plan within 1–2 days until you are fully satisfied.
Manufacturing – Transparent Quality Control
Production takes about 45 days after design approval. Throughout the process, your advisor updates you with photos/videos of key stages such as material cutting, frame welding, furniture installation, and plumbing/electrical setup.
Quality control covers raw materials, semi-finished components, and final testing—electrical checks, sealing tests, load tests, and rain tests—before moving to delivery.
Delivery & Acceptance
When production is completed, we notify you 3 days in advance and offer two delivery methods:
Factory Installation: Inspect the camper on-site, watch a full function demonstration, confirm acceptance, and pay the balance.
Logistics Delivery: We help arrange a professional logistics service. After arrival, our team or appointed technician assists with installation (power/water connection, vehicle mounting). You confirm acceptance once everything is set up.
After-Sales Support – Long-Term Peace of Mind
During the warranty period, if any non-human-caused issues occur (such as leakage or electrical malfunction), simply contact your sales advisor.
We respond within 2 hours and provide a solution within 12 hours.
